The Leroux duplex is now complete and the tenants have moved in! We just had our final walk through and checklist completion review with Amanda from the Coconino County Sustainabilty Program. The building is rated advanced, which is the highest rating.The Leroux duplex won a Coconino County sustainability award and we invite all you to check out the finished product pictures! This three story ten bedroom structure took approximately three months to complete and is beautiful inside and out! The Leroux duplex has great attraction, he is really a great architect who has designed it. You have done worth admirable work. I want to say thanks for sharing this post.
