We've been moving along on Leroux quite rapidly! Spray foam is done, MEP is very close to being finished as well as exterior siding. We'll wrap up this week by finishing exterior siding, the front porch and get all three floors rocked, as well as some odds and ends finish work. Amanda, with the Coconino Sustainable Building Program, has made her second visit to the site and is excited to approve 419 S Leroux.
